- Payment for taxi services can be made online through our secure payment gateway, via payment link, bank transfer, or in cash to the driver at the time of pick-up.
- Booking confirmation will be sent via email or SMS upon successful payment.
2. Cancellation and Refunds:
- Cancellation of taxi bookings is subject to our refund policy, outlined separately on our website.
- Refunds, if applicable, will be processed according to the terms stated in our refund policy.
3. Service Availability:
- Taxi Malaya strives to provide reliable and timely transportation services to all our customers. However, service availability may be affected by factors beyond our control, such as traffic conditions, weather, or vehicle availability.
4. Passenger Responsibility:
- Passengers are responsible for providing accurate pick-up and drop-off locations at the time of booking.
- Passengers are required to be ready at the designated pick-up location at the scheduled time. Failure to be present may result in additional charges or cancellation fees.
5. Conduct and Safety:
- Passengers are expected to behave in a courteous and respectful manner towards the driver and other passengers.
- Passengers are required to wear seatbelts at all times during the journey.
- Smoking, consuming alcohol, or engaging in illegal activities is strictly prohibited inside Taxi Malaya vehicles.
6. Liability:
- Taxi Malaya shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury arising from the use of our taxi services, except where such liability cannot be excluded by law.
- Passengers are responsible for their personal belongings. Taxi Malaya will not be held liable for any loss or damage to personal belongings left in the vehicle.
7. Modification of Terms:
- Taxi Malaya reserves the right to modify or update these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
8. Governing Law:
- These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising under these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.
9. Offline Payment Agreement:
- Even when clients make an offline payment using a payment link or bank transfer, they are still bound by these terms and conditions.
