  1. Cancellation by Customer:

    • If you cancel your taxi booking, you may be eligible for a refund depending on the timing of your cancellation and the terms of your booking. Refunds will be processed according to the following guidelines:
      • Cancellation within 24 hours: No refund will be provided for cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled pick-up time.
      • Cancellation 24 hours or more in advance: A full refund will be provided for cancellations made 24 hours or more before the scheduled pick-up time.
  2. Cancellation by Taxi Malaya:

    • In the unlikely event that Taxi Malaya cancels your booking, a full refund will be issued to you promptly.
  3. Service Disruption:

    • If there is a service disruption or delay due to unforeseen circumstances such as severe weather, road closures, or vehicle breakdown, Taxi Malaya will make every effort to notify you and arrange alternative transportation. In such cases, refunds will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
  4. Failure to Meet Requirements:

    • If Taxi Malaya fails to meet the agreed-upon service requirements, such as arriving late for pick-up without prior notice or providing unsatisfactory service, you may be eligible for a refund. Please contact our customer service team to report any issues.
  5. Refund Process:

    • To request a refund, please contact our customer service team via phone or email with your booking details and reason for refund request. Refunds will be processed within 5 business days of approval.
    • Any refund issued will be subject to deduction of card fees and any other applicable fees.
    • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for booking.
  6. Non-Refundable Fees:

    • Please note that certain fees, such as booking fees or processing fees, may be non-refundable. These fees will be clearly stated at the time of booking.
  7. Policy Modifications:

    • Taxi Malaya reserves the right to modify or update this refund policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes to the policy will be posted on our website.

Fill in the information fields and choose your payment method. Please provide valid email address and phone number so that our team can reach you for booking confirmation.

You can enable or disable billing info. If you want to receive proper invoice kindly please fill in the details. 

STEP 4

BOOKING SUMMARY

Check your booking summary and click BOOK NOW button.

STEP 5

CHECKOUT

You’ll redirect to checkout page. Please make your payment.
