How far in advance should I book a taxi?
If you want to book vehicles of Premium class or Minivan, you can make a booking not less than 24 hours before the trip.
If you choose standard types of vehicles (Sedan 4 pax, transfer must be booked not less than 3 hours before your pickup time.
You can still make an urgent booking. But, it will take some time for us to find a car. We will inform you as soon as possible if we can provide the service. In case of unavailability, you will get full refund.
What should I do if my flight is delayed?
As soon as you find out that your flight is delayed, please inform your driver by calling the phone number sent to you before, Taxi Malaya support team via email support@taximalaya.com or whatsapp us.
Provide the order number and the new arrival time.
You can cancel your trip at any moment, but if a driver has already accepted your request, you may be charged a fee. For example: If you are not at the pick up address within 5 minutes of the taxi driver’s arrival and the taxi driver cancels your order, you will be charged a Cancellation Fee.
What if my address i fill in the online booking form different to the exact location or i change the pickup location later?
If your pickup location not the same as your booking details, you will be charge RM 2 per extra Kilometers.
Which area in Malaysia i can book my taxi?
You can choose any place in Malaysia (exclude Sabah & Sarawak). If your location doesn’t appear in google maps, you can contact our support at +6019 959 1926 or email us at support@taximalaya.my to arrange your booking manually.
